A lovely retreat in Nottingham Road 🌳
Had an awesome time! The spa treatments were out of this world, and the food was lekker – proper generous portions! Staff were super friendly and just made the stay even better. Seriously, massive shoutout to my massage therapist, she worked wonders!
Just thought they could've had some snacks available at the pool, felt a bit bare like that.

Lush, green gardens complement the tranquil ambiance, blending the accommodations seamlessly into the serene surroundings. Rooms feature heated flooring, luxurious linens, and a selection of quality teas and cookies.
Some details need attention. carpets in the room weren’t the cleanest, and humidity issues arose with damp firewood making it difficult to get a fire going. Internet connectivity faltered in a room but was resolved eventually, yet both the missing wine opener and a found toe nail clipping add to the overall discomfort.

Loved the modern chalet vibe, but the internet was down at first.

missingWrote a review on 31 Octattention to detailpoor blackout curtains
The staff's attention to detail made our stay enjoyable, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating and well worth it.
The curtains in the room didn't provide effective blackout, making it hard for us to sleep at night.

The staff were exceptional, especially Leslie who treated us like royalty. The food was delicious, but the menu lacked chicken options. A bit more attention to detail needed, like cleaner towels. 🌟
